Koronadal City β Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges β Marbel, Inc. (RMMC-MI) conducted its 2025 Employeesβ Orientation on July 7 at The Farm at Carpenter Hills, Koronadal City, bringing together all full-time employees for a day focused on updates, recognition, and institutional alignment. Organized annually, the orientation aims to formally welcome new hires while recognizing the contributions of existing staff. The Human Resource Office led the session, introducing newly hired personnel and presenting key information on institutional policies and HR processes.
Various offices took part in the event, sharing updates on their programs and operational procedures. Program directors and coordinators also presented accomplishment reports for Academic Year 2024β2025, highlighting institutional achievements and progress. Beyond serving as an informational event, the orientation fostered unity and collaboration among employees as the college prepares for the upcoming academic year.
