Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges β Marbel Inc. (RMMC-MI) receives recommendation for the continuation of its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification as its 2nd Surveillance Audit concluded last November 28-29, 2024.
SOCOTEC Certification Philippines Inc. has lauded the RMMC-MI for its exceptional devotion to the certification requirements, meticulously aligning with the International Standards and the outcomes of the external audit which covered the administration of tertiary programs and senior high school. The audit was conducted to ensure that the certified management system consistently upholds requirements prior to its recertification audit next year.

Auditor Jan Joseph Denoga diligently examined audit criteria, encompassing certification standards and other references for ISO 9001:2015, as well as the organizationβs Quality Management System processes and documentation of a sampled tertiary program, Guidance and Testing Center, Culture and Arts Office, Maintenance and Calibration, Extension Office, Library, Registrar, Recruitment and Training, Control of Documented Information, Internal Audit, and Management Review.
The two-day audit highlighted three positive findings that centered on strengthening traceability and some observations of which the institution promptly address with a corrective action plan to ensure sustained compliance.
The successful completion of this surveillance audit underscores RMMC-MIβs dedication in making its quality policy a reality. This is manifestly done through offering quality instruction and efficient services to its stakeholders. This initiative also aligns with the United Nationβs Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4), which promotes quality education for all.
