Requirements


For 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧 (𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬)
• College Entrance Examination
• Original and Photocopy of Report Card (Grade 12)
• Original and Photocopy of SHS Diploma/Certificate of Graduation
• Original and Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
• 2x2 Picture (3 copies) with name tag
• Original and Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Long Expanded Envelope

Onsite Enrollment Steps
Step 1: Taking of entrance exam by the student and verification of the results at the Guidance Office
Step 2: Screening, submission, and validation of requirements at the
Admission Office
Step 3: Payment of entrance fee at the
Cashier
Step 4: Encoding and releasing of subject loads to the students by
Admission Office

Step 1: Payment of entrance fee at the
Cashier
Step 2: Evaluation, encoding of students' subjects and updating of student's information and details by the PD
Step 4: Validation of subjects and releasing of subject loads by the
Registrar Office
